This reprint of an advent calendar from the 1960s depicts the tradition of the Star Carolers: children caroling through town between Christmas and Epiphany, dressed as the Magi, singing beneath a star lantern in exchange for donations. Glitter on all the rooftops and snowdrifts. 11 1/2" tall x 8" wide. Made in Germany by the Richard Sellmer Verlag company in Stuttgart; they've been printing Advent Calendars since 1946.
