So unusual and beautiful! A simple 3-D scene in pastel colors of woodland animals on a mountain with a warm cozy home and at the very top, a Christmas tree for all to enjoy. Very sturdy, with snowy clear and green glitter (rather than the usual silver). Made in Germany by the Korsch Verlag Company; they began making Advent Calendars in Munich in 1951. Ships flat: begins about 13 1/2" tall x 8 1/2" wide, but expands when open to a depth of several inches. Delightfully different!
