This traditional Italian board is used to shape the dough for garganelli and gnocchi into small dumplings. Handcrafted from premium solid beechwood, this versatile tool creates the texture on your gnochhi and garganelli that will enhance sauce adherence.

Simple to use: place dough on the board, imprint, and roll along the ridges. Dust the freshly made pasta with flour to prevent sticking and to preserve their form. This set includes a ridged board and a 9 inch dowel.

Made in Italy. Packaged in a cloth pouch. Hand wash only.
