Le Nougat is made by Chabert & Guillot; they've been making nougat since 1848 in Montélimar, a city in southeastern France. That's a heritage of crafting fine French nougat that spans over 175 years; the recipes they use today have been passed down through the generations.

This is our very favorite kind of nougat: plain and simple, almond and honey, in the traditional bar form that may be cut with a knife. 3.52 oz (100 grams).

Ingredients: Sugar, almonds (30%), honey (19%), glucose syrup, unleavened bread (potato starch, water, sunflower oil), egg white, natural vanilla flavor. Contains eggs, almonds. May contain traces of other tree nuts.
