Autumn Harvest Fairy Brooch, Handmade in Detroit

  • 1600

We're not crazy about the invasive iguanas that roam our yard, eating the plants in our vegetable garden, but we are rather fond of the good folks at The Divine Iguana in Detroit, Michigan. They make elegant yet delightfully quirky jewelry there by hand in their home studio. This brooch celebrates the warmth and abundance of the harvest season. Set in an elegant antique bronze-tone frame, this handcrafted piece showcases a graceful fairy adorned with vibrant autumn leaves, pumpkins, sunflowers, and rich fall florals. Her delicate wings shimmer in warm amber and golden hues, capturing the magic of crisp autumn afternoons and woodland folklore.

About the size of a quarter, which makes this brooch not quite as large as most items you'd call a brooch, but the bronze setting definitely takes it a step above what you'd call a pin. So... we're sticking with "brooch."

Reverse decoupage glass cabochon. This brooch is 1 1/4" wide (as we said: about the size of a US quarter); the image area is 3/4". Gift boxed. As these are handmade, expect some variations.
