Not your typical German nutcracker! This football star is going in for the touchdown. They don't even play this type of football in Germany, do they? We appreciate the Christian Ulbricht Company making it for us here in the States. This guy also happens to be pretty handy cracking nuts. Handmade by artisans at the Christian Ulbricht Company (they've been making nutcrackers by hand in Germany's Erzgebirge Mountains, where wooden nutcrackers first originated, since 1928).

This is a large working nutcracker (the lever in back operates his jaws), made by hand of solid natural finish and beautifully glazed woods. Traditional football uniform from his helmet to his jersey and his shoes. Faux fur hair. About 16 1/4" tall x 7 1/4" wide x 9 3/4" deep. Handmade in Germany.
