Lavender is one of our favorite things. If I see bunches of lavender in a shop, I stop and take in the fragrance and usually buy some. I just can't help myself. To that end, we figured we should just carry it in our shop, too, to spread some of this simple joy and happiness. These are lovely fragrant bunches of dried, long-lasting lavender; the stalks average about 14 to 16 inches tall and are gathered and tied up in a package of cellophane and recyclable kraft paper. For decorative use only; this lavender is not meant for culinary purposes. (We do sell culinary lavender, from the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Community, for teas and baking, too.)
