A handy tool for pasta making and all kitchen tasks involving dough: This tool can be used for cutting pastry, gnocchi, and pasta in general. We love cutting dough with it (it's much more satisfying than cutting dough with a knife) and we also use it for picking up homemade pasta from the board. It is, of course, an excellent board scraper, too: Rather than wash your baking board after making dough, you can use this 140 mm stainless steel blade to easily scrape bits of stuck dough off your board.
