The Dala Horse is a traditional symbol of Sweden, and in particular the province of Dalarna. These ornaments are made in Minnesota of felt and embroidered in three different colors: blue, red, and orange.

Each of these ornaments is made by a woman called Lori in Elk River, Minnesota. She began her business as a way to support her family while staying home with her kids. The kids are in school now, and Lori's business is thriving. We love supporting artisans this way!
