From Alsace, France, just across the border from Germany, comes this delightful bag of pear brandy filled dark chocolates, or Liqueurs de Fruits. They are made by Abtey Chocolatier in Heimsbrunn, France, a small artisanal chocolate company founded in Alsace in 1946.

Poire Williams is the most popular of Abtey's brandy-filled dark chocolates, and this bag is filled with just that one delicacy: dark chocolate pears, filled with Poire Williams brandy, wrapped beautifully in foil, then packaged in a clear cellophane bag. 7.05 oz (200 grams).

Ingredients: Invert sugar syrup, sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, Poire Williams pear brandy (4.4%), alcohol, flavor, soya lecithin (emulsifier), vanilla extract. Contains soy. Cocoa minimum 51%.
