This aromatic apple pie spice is packaged in metal tins by the Sabbathday Lake Shaker Community in New Gloucester, Maine. They first began selling herbs in 1799. A classic New England blend of cinnamon, allspice, cloves and nutmeg for use in pies, all apple desserts, and spiced applesauce. We add a little each day to our morning oatmeal, usually with a touch of Maine maple syrup... so good! 2.3 ounces.
