These are the traditional German lebkuchen: extra large, soft spiced gingerbread cookies, made with cinnamon, cloves, mace, and orange peel, then dipped in a layer of dark chocolate. 7 oz (200 grams)... 7 lebkuchen per package. Imported from Germany. Made by Bahlsen, a German family business in Hannover since 1889.

Ingredients: Sugar, wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, ground bitter apricot kernel, cocoa butter, sorbitol, caramelized sugar syrup, contains less than 2% of: orange peel, invert sugar, palm oil, spices, egg whites, whey permeate, sunflower lecithin, sodium acid pyrophosphate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch, salt,  citric acid, natural flavor.

Contains eggs, milk, and wheat. May contain almonds, coconut, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
