German Christmas Pyramid: Christmas Forest
One of Germany's most enchanting Christmas traditions is the candle-lit pyramid, which families often place in the front window of their homes for passersby to see. This one featuring forest animals with a skier and a sledder and Father Christmas revolving around a central delicately-carved pine tree. The rising heat from the candles causes the propellor to rotate, resulting in the magical motion. We'll include a box of authentic German pyramid candles, and we sell the replacement candles you'll need year round. This pyramid is handmade by the artisans of the Richard Glaesser Company in Seiffen in the heart of Germany's Erzgebirge Mountains. About 12" tall x 7" wide.
