Washington Irving's "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" is one of our favorite stories here at Convivio Bookworks, so we couldn't resist these small batch hand-poured soy wax candles made by Emily Barrett of West Hempstead, New York. Sleepy Hollow isn't far at all from her home, and her Ichabod candle, inspired by the old schoolmaster of the Hollow, is a dark and romantic homage to the enigmatic tales of Washington Irving. Infuse your space with the bewitching aroma of spiced pumpkin and sweet tobacco, joined by whispers of vanilla and a touch of smoke. As the flame dances upon the wick, the air fills with the scents of freshly turned pages intertwined with the murmurs of forgotten stories. 7 oz., single wick. Soy wax made from sustainable sourced materials and without sulfates and parabens. Glass container is minimum 50% recycled glass. Burn time 60 hours. Made in the US by Emily and her mom.
