A really big Advent calendar! This one is just about 24" tall x 15" wide and is based on traditional Black Forest cuckoo clocks (my Grandpa had one), complete with pine cone weights and pendulum. The hands on the clock rotate, the pendulum swings, and the pine cone weights are movable, dangling from ribbon. In the scene, woodland animals prepare for Christmas. Lightly dusted with glitter. Made in Germany by the Korsch Verlag Company; they began making Advent Calendars in Munich in 1951.
