These are the traditional German lebkuchen: extra large, soft spiced gingerbread cookies, made with cinnamon, cloves, mace, and orange peel, with a sweet sugar glaze on top and a layer of dark chocolate on the bottom. 7 oz (200 grams)... 7 lebkuchen per package. Imported from Germany and made by Bahlsen, a German family business since 1889.

Ingredients: Sugar, ground bitter apricot kernel, wheat flour, glucose-fructose, chocolate, sorbitol, caramelized sugar syrup, orange peel, contains less than 2% of: invert sugar, cocoa butter, egg whites, spices, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt, sodium bicarbonate, whey permeate, potassium carbonate, wheat starch, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, citric acid.
