We love cookies of all kinds... but if it happens to be a gingerbread cookie, we are immediately extra intrigued. For years now, we've been offering Swedish Pepparkakor and German Pfeffernüse, and now, here's a gingerbread cookie from Finland, where the Pepparkakor are called Piparkakku.

These are one of our favorite kinds of cookie: a small and simple delicately crisp biscuit, full of warm spicy flavor (namely cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves). So delicious! Perfect with a strong cup of Swedish coffee, with afternoon tea, with mulled wine, or with a cold glass of milk. Each box contains 6.17 ounces of piparkakku (175 grams). Imported from Finland.
