We like to think of ourselves as cookie connoisseurs here at Convivio Bookworks, and these richly spiced ginger snaps (known as pepparkakor in Sweden) are one of our favorite kinds of cookie: a simple delicately crisp biscuit, full of warm spicy flavor (namely ginger, cinnamon, and cloves). Two cellophane-wrapped sleeves, packaged in a box. So delicious! Perfect with a strong cup of Swedish coffee, with afternoon tea, or with a cold glass of milk. Each box contains 10.5 ounces of pepparkakor (300 grams). Imported from Sweden.
